Fee Structure & Concessions
- Standard Fee: €60 per 50-minute session.
- Reduced Rate Sessions: A limited number of reduced rates at €45 per session are available for students and unemployed clients during off-peak hours (11:00 am – 2:00 pm).
- Doctor Referrals: €45 per session.

Your initial consultation is a gentle, pressure-free opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We will discuss confidentiality, answer any questions you may have, and explore how we can work together to best support your needs.
Individual counselling sessions typically last for 50 minutes. Most clients find that meeting once a week allows for consistent progress and support, though the frequency can be adjusted based on your individual goals and requirements.
Both options are available. In-person therapy sessions take place in Limerick, while online video sessions are offered securely for clients located throughout Ireland.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything discussed remains strictly private, adhering to the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) code of ethics. Standard exceptions apply only in rare circumstances involving serious risk of harm or legal obligations, which will be fully explained during your first session.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with short notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, this is due to time slot cannot be offered to another client. Non attendance without notice will incur a full payment before a follow up session can be arranged.
