If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with short notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee, as this time slot cannot be offered to another client. Non-attendance without notice will incur full payment before a follow-up session can be arranged.
